| Every Member a Minister | |
All members are encouraged to become involved in a Ministry
Team. These teams serve the church and local communities in
various ways using the gifts, skills and time that team members
have available.
Selection of a ministry team to participate in is a personal
choice. Members are encouraged to spend time thinking about
areas of ministry they are passionate about, praying for guidance
about the ministry choice and being aware of affirmation from
others.
Recognising that ministry needs to be tried to be understood,
members are welcome to participate for a brief time in ministry
teams of interest in order to better understand their passion
and calling.
Following are the ministry areas currently provided by the
MECC. Although ministry is not limited to these areas, they
do provide a variety of opportunities for participation.

in joining the Cell Group.
The Cell Group Ministry Team is comprised of Cell Group leaders
who function as pastors of groups of up to 12 adults. This
